Crelogix provides all MyCrelogix system users in your distribution
channel with toll free access to our Technical Support Desk Monday to
Friday 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m, Saturday 7:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m and Sunday
from 8:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m Pacific Standard Time. The Crelogix team is
ready to assist Merchants with network access or other technical issues
that may arise in the course of using the MyCrelogix system.
Our support team also provides assistance to enquiries regarding pending
transactions that have been processed through MyCrelogix, as well as payment,
payout values, or other miscellaneous credit or funding related issues.
As the need arises Crelogix will telephone and/or web conference with each
of your channel of distribution points to introduce the consumer finance
program and marketing campaigns developed by you, as our strategic partner, and
Crelogix. Our aim is to stimulate channel usage of your consumer finance Program.
We understand the importance of delivering high quality customer service.
