Pierre Genest, Managing Director, Power Products Finance
Pierre Genest is responsible for the company's Power Products Finance business unit.
An acknowledged industry expert, Pierre’s mandate is to create, develop and expand
new and current partnerships with Manufacturers, Distributors, Buying Groups and
Dealers thereby increasing the business partners’ sales, cash flow and bottom line profits.
Prior to joining the company Pierre Genest provided key leadership at
Credit Acceptance Corporation, Newcourt Credit Group/CIT Group, Out
of the Box Financial, Vernon Technology Solutions, and Physi-Dent Software.
Pierre’s volunteer involvement in community and industry associations
includes board and committee membership and Vice Chair for Burlington
Counselling and Family Services.
Born and raised in the province of Quebec, Pierre is fluently bilingual.
He holds an Economics degree from Montreal’s Concordia University.
He resides in Burlington, Ontario with his wife and two children.

positions in sales and regional management in Vancouver. Arne's background also
includes management, marketing and sales experience with several firms located
in Los Angeles California and London England.
Arne is a native of British Columbia with a broad education in Business from

Robert Dugger, Managing Director, Intermediary Finance
Robert Dugger leads the company's Intermediary Finance business unit. Using his extensive
background in finance, Robert’s mission is to further develop and expand the company's
position with its F&I partner companies, ISO business relationships, strategic alliances
and cross-border strategic partners, to develop programs and solutions that will drive
expansion for their businesses. Robert continues to manage Crelogix Vacation Ownership
Finance business unit.
Robert has worked for Crelogix for three years, and brings extensive experience from
his previous positions with banks, commercial finance companies and businesses where
he worked with internal and external stakeholders. Prior to joining Crelogix, Robert
held the position of Vice President – Relationship Manager with the Resort Finance
Division at Textron Financial Corporation, where he was responsible for new business
development in North America and vacation ownership financing in Canada.
Robert values community involvement and is a past President and member of Rotary. He
holds a Bachelors Degree in Business, with a minor in Mathematics and a Masters in Accounting.

Joel A. Harrison, Managing Director, Home Improvements Finance
Joel A. Harrison is responsible for the Home Improvement Finance business unit.
Joel was previously the National Sales Manager for an international telecom
provider where he hired, trained, and managed a national team of sales representatives.
Prior to this National role Joel was the Area Manager for British Columbia and Alberta
for Wells Fargo Financial Retails Services. Prior to this, Joel worked with the City of
Mississauga as Assistant General Manager / resident Golf Professional, Director of
Sales & Operations, and Head Assistant Golf Professional.
Joel possesses an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Sheridan College
and a Certificate of Retail Management from Humber College. As well as taken courses
through the CPSA(Canadian Professional Sales Association) and an avid supporter of
diversifying his knowledge base on management, economic trends and sales techniques.
In the past, Joel has successfully been the owner operator of his own business and
been active in a number of family owned operations as well. Joel is also a past
member of the Canadian Professional Golfers Association, the CPSA and a volunteer
for the Hospital for Sick Kids.
A native of Ontario with a short stay in Alberta, Joel will be based from his home
office in Vancouver.

Valerie’s background includes the establishment of a successful Human

Resources Manager for a national chain noted for its leading edge
Human Resources practices. Valerie’s considerable experience in performance
management, compensation, communication skills and management training
is a welcome addition to the Traveler’s Acceptance team.

Darin studied marketing at The University of Toronto, Ryerson University and the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Enriqueta Villalon, Supervisor, Vendor Support

Thomas Hari, Accounting Supervisor
Thomas assists the Controller in the smooth operation of the corporation’s financial reporting, accounting,
taxation, compliance, audit, payroll, accounts payables and receivables functions. Thomas also assists the
Human Resources Director with many functions including employee benefit plans and manuals.
Thomas joined the corporation in 2002 and has held ever increasing responsibilities as Accounting Clerk and
Accountant until his most recent promotion to his current role in September of 2010.
Prior to joining the company, Thomas was an Assistant Accountant for Ray & Berndtson/Tanton Mitchell and
previously held the position of Accounting Clerk at CompuCollege School of Business.
Thomas holds an Accounting Diploma from Kwantlen Polytechnic University and is completing, with the support
of the corporation, his Bachelor of Technology in Accounting Degree at British Columbia Institute of Technology
and his CGA designation. Thomas lives in Surrey, British Columbia with his wife and daughter.
