The Board of Directors and the Strategic Advisory Board of
Crelogix is comprised of thought leaders,
senior executives, and industry experienced professionals.
The leadership team works closely with board members to develop
strategies and enhance the company's value proposition for its
business partners. The Board provides important insight about key
trends and challenges both in this sector and in the general business
market. The Board also provides input and feedback about the company's
strategy and corporate development.

In addition to the above the company’s Board of Directors is responsible to the Companies shareholders for the governance of the Corporation.
K. Wayne Cook, Chairman of the Board of Directors
Wayne has over 30 years of banking experience, the majority of which has
been within the Credit Union system where he has been, and is active on a
National and Provincial level including the Board of Directors for CUETS,
the National Lender's Advisory Board and as Chairman of the SME
Partnership / Regulatory & Legislative Sub-committee.
Mr. Cook is a former Vice President, Credit for Servus Credit Union,
Alberta's first province-wide credit union responsible for a diverse
loan portfolio of $2.3 billion consisting of Commercial/Agriculture,
Residential Mortgages and Consumer Loans.
Richard Charlton
Mr. Charlton is currently the VP Commercial Credit, South Region for Servus Credit
Union Alberta’s largest credit union and the third largest in Canada. Servus is Alberta's
first province-wide credit union which was created through the merger of Common Wealth,
Community and Servus Credit Unions; 2,000 employees serve 400,000 members in 64 communities
through its 94 locations. Combined assets exceed $9 billion, making Servus the third largest
credit union in Canada.
Mr. Charlton’s has more than over 15 years of experience with Servus Credit Union holding various
management positions that have provided him with a particularly strong background in commercial
credit, underwriting and oversight.
Karl Sigerist, Director, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sigerist is directly responsible for setting the strategy and vision,
developing the culture, building the team and allocating the capital
resources of the company. Karl has a track record of managing growth
and transforming traditional businesses within the information technology
and financial service industries.
From 2004 to his current appointment, Karl was the Senior Vice President
and Chief Operating Officer of the company and has been directly responsible
for all operating activities of the company since that time. He became a
Shareholder in the company in 2005. Karl's past leadership roles where at
Credit Acceptance Corporation in the United Kingdom. eSupplies.com, CIT Group,
Danka Business Systems PLC and Ikon Office Solutions.
Karl is an active on committees and volunteers at various trade and
industry associations and currently serves on the Board of the
Canadian Resort Developers Association.
Strategic Advisors
The Strategic Advisors of Crelogix is comprised of thought leaders, senior executives, and industry
experienced professionals. The leadership team works closely with its Advisors to develop strategies
and enhance the company's value proposition for its business partners. Advisors provide important
insight about key trends and challenges both in this sector and in the general business market.
Advisors provide input and feedback about the company's strategy and corporate development.
Harri Jansson, Advisor
Mr. Jansson has had a distinguished career in financial services which spans more than thirty years,
most recently as Chief Operating officer of Prospera Credit Union. He has also held senior leadership
positions as Senior Vice President Commercial and Retail Banking ATB Financial, President and CEO
Richmond Savings/Coast Capital Savings and Executive Vice President Commercial and Retail Banking
for The Bank of Montreal.
Mr. Jansson is also an active community leader and is currently the Honorary Consul General for Finland for
British Columbia, a Governor of the Vancouver Board of Trade and a past Chairman, past Chairman of the UBC
VGH Foundation and the founding Chairman of Volunteer Vancouver. He holds a BA from SUNY (State University
of New York) and was recently granted an MA in Strategic Communication and Leadership by Seton Hall University.
Mr. Jansson lives in West Vancouver.
